What you'll do

• Process post-funding tasks including VIN corrections, account unwinds, collateral substitution requests, and settlement negotiations
• investigate complaints and identify root causes
• coordinate with dealers, customers, and internal departments
• research title discrepancies
• verify payment application and process refunds when needed
• correct and release titles as required
• assist with case assignment in Salesforce
• handle inquiries, escalations, and correspondence
• may assist with escalated calls and staff training.
