Job overview

Compensation is $22 per hour. The Food & Beverage Purchasing Agent is an onsite role based in Concord, NC. This role exists to ensure the highest quality and cost-effective purchasing of food and beverage items, validating orders and maintaining inventory accuracy to support lodge operations.

What you'll do

• Validate food and beverage orders
• utilize software to place orders
• verify and rotate deliveries using HACCP procedures
• communicate with managers
• assist with monthly physical inventory
• maintain storage area cleanliness.
