Purpose : To schedule patients, maintain patient documents, greet patients, assist providers and patient services coordinators, as needed, and help cover breaks, lunches, and meetings. Job Description : Greet and assist patients with initial paperwork, answer patient questions and ensure quality customer service, ensure compliance with procedures, send patient email reminders for upcoming appointm
