What you'll do

- supervise Medical Assistant Supervisors and designated clinical support leaders
- standardize workflows

- align staffing with provider schedules and patient volume
- oversee patient safety, quality metrics, care gap closure, referrals, prior authorizations, and provider practice support
- recruit, onboard, coach, and develop staff
- manage schedules and resources
- participate in leadership and quality committees.
