What you'll do

• Assist manufacturing engineers with production and process-improvement activities
• support creation and revision of work instructions and manufacturing documentation
• collect and analyze production data
• participate in lean and continuous-improvement initiatives
• assist with tooling, fixture, and process-development projects
• support quality investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• review engineering drawings
• conduct time studies and shop-floor observations
• collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain
• maintain aerospace quality and safety standards.
