What you'll do

• Set up instruments and equipment
• sterilize equipment and manage surgical inventory
• prepare patients for surgery
• pass instruments and sterile supplies
• provide delegated first-assist support including retraction, exposure, hemostasis, and suturing
• count instruments and supplies before and after procedures
• maintain sterility
• assist with positioning, draping, and wound closure as directed.
