What you'll do
- Provide direct nursing care

- assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans
- collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams
- supervise and support CNAs
- follow Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
- respond to changes in resident conditions.
