Teen Coordinator, Workforce Development & Teen Initiatives

Job overview

The Teen Coordinator role is onsite in Severn, MD, with a stated rate of $18 per hour. The position is part-time and supports the Workforce Development & Teen Initiatives department across three Boys & Girls Club locations. The coordinator develops and leads teen programming, outreach, and partnerships while mentoring participants and supporting their academic, social, personal, and workforce-readiness development. The role also tracks engagement and program outcomes to inform improvements and align activities with organizational goals.

What you'll do

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate programs focused on healthy lifestyles, academic success, character, and workforce readiness
• coordinate seasonal initiatives and monthly teen-focused events
• conduct outreach and recruit and retain teen participants across three sites
• facilitate partnerships
• mentor teens and promote a safe, inclusive environment
• document attendance, incidents, communications, and monthly reports
• use data and feedback to assess program effectiveness.
