What you'll do

• Forecast and budget
• oversee financial and operational performance and profit-and-loss results
• ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
• hire and manage management-level crew
• create work and training schedules
• develop managers
• act as manager on duty and open or close the restaurant
• manage cash handling
• deploy crew, support customer service, maintain cleanliness and facility condition, and monitor performance metrics.
