Swim Instructor — Paid Training

Job overview

The Swim Instructor role is onsite in Lone Tree, CO, and pays $15.50–$16.00 per hour. This part-time position supports Aqua-Tots’ mission of teaching children to become safe and confident swimmers for life. The instructor delivers swim lessons for different ages and skill levels, maintains pool safety and readiness, tracks student progress, and communicates with families. The role helps children build swimming skills and water safety while supporting a safe, engaging swim-school environment.

What you'll do

• Teach Aqua-Tots curriculum swim lessons for all ages and skill levels
• follow pool safety procedures
• communicate student progress and curriculum information to families
• check and log pool chemicals
• keep the pool area clean and organized
• complete Aqua-Cards
• attend trainings and staff meetings
• support team goals.
