Operations Specialist, Property Management

Job overview

The Operations Specialist role is hybrid in Austin, TX, with compensation of $70,000–$75,000 per year. The role supports LDG Development’s nationwide property portfolio and reports to the Travel Support Manager; travel of up to 95% weekly is required, sometimes over weekends.

What you'll do

• Coordinate community operations across assigned locations, including maintenance, leasing, marketing, safety and facility upkeep. Lead onsite teams
• manage operating cash flow and leasing strategy
• analyze financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• maintain community records and lease data
• coordinate revenue collection
• manage vendors and resident concerns
• recruit, onboard and train onsite staff
• and support operational improvements and company-wide rollouts.
