What you'll do

• Lead enterprise-wide process discovery, analysis, and redesign
• identify standardization, consolidation, and automation opportunities
• establish and track process KPIs
• govern SOP creation, review, approval, and version control
• maintain a centralized SOP repository
• develop change-management, communication, training, and adoption plans
• coordinate technology rollouts with operational teams
• report progress to senior leadership
• build, mentor, and potentially lead business analysts.
