Field Service Manager — Mission-Critical Communications

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of 5–10 field service technicians

• oversee installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and contract fulfillment for land mobile radio systems and related infrastructure
• coordinate with customers and internal teams
• analyze service performance and customer satisfaction
• report on contracts and operational issues
• and maintain service documentation and work-order records.
