The Franchise Business Consultant role is onsite in Raleigh, NC. The base salary range is $97,498–$119,435 per year, and the position is eligible for a bonus. The consultant supports International Dairy Queen’s franchise system of more than 7,800 restaurants across more than 20 countries. The role advises and coaches franchisees and operations teams to improve sales, profitability, operating standards, and customer experience. It develops district and franchise business plans, supports marketing and operational performance, and helps franchisees pursue development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies.

What you'll do

• Implement the Worldwide Operations Business Plan for a district
• develop district-wide business plans
• establish business plans with franchise owners when appropriate
• advise on marketing performance and restaurant operations
• support food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, maintenance, and atmosphere goals
• counsel franchisees on financial health
• partner with staff on development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies
• provide support to other functions
• may assist with new store openings
• travel overnight an average of two weeks per month.
