What you'll do

• Educate and guide MDS teams on coding, reimbursement, systems, and compliance with CMS and Ohio regulations
• support new MDS nurses and transitions
• audit MDS accuracy, documentation, and care plans
• participate in mock surveys
• analyze quality and reimbursement results
• provide guidance on quality measures, incentive points, and regulatory updates
• collaborate with location leadership and corporate clinical quality.

Why this role
