Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Process supplier invoices in the SyteLine ERP system
• maintain electronic files
• match invoices to receiving documents
• resolve discrepancies to support three-way matching
• obtain approvals and assign account codes for non-PO payments
• voucher invoices
• reconcile vendor statements
• respond to vendor inquiries
• work with Purchasing and Receiving
• support weekly AP processes, audits, and assigned projects.
