The Production Shift Lead — Weekday and Weekend Nights role is onsite in Junction City, Oregon; compensation is $23–$30 per hour. Northern Gold Foods manufactures breakfast and snack products for major brands and retailers. This role coordinates production resources and daily line activities, supporting production objectives while maintaining quality, safety, and workflow. The lead works with the Production Supervisor and operators, assigns tasks, troubleshoots process issues, and helps ensure production records and procedures are followed.

What you'll do

• Coordinate Production Operators and assign daily production tasks with the Production Supervisor
• uphold quality-control and safety standards
• report efficiency, waste, and time
• orient new employees
• troubleshoot process issues
• coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse
• operate production equipment
• measure and prepare ingredients to written recipes
• sanitize equipment and work areas
• document quality checks.
