What you'll do

• Provide direct therapy and intervention, including crisis intervention
• conduct mental health screenings and assessments
• develop and implement treatment plans
• coordinate resources for students, families, and school personnel
• collaborate with school staff
• assist with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
• use data-based decision-making
• facilitate professional learning
• and maintain required documentation and confidentiality. The role requires travel between regional sites, including Marquette and Alger counties, and may include other Upper Peninsula counties or statewide travel.
