The role helps reduce shipment errors, product damage, and delays while supporting timely, accurate order dispatch.

What you'll do

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating daily outbound operations
• lead picking, order verification, packing, labeling, loading, and shipping
• assign tasks based on order volume, workload, and shipping priorities
• monitor progress and quality
• verify orders, SKUs, quantities, labels, and carrier information
• train new employees on procedures, equipment, quality standards, and safety
• report order issues, inventory discrepancies, equipment problems, and safety concerns
• assist with attendance monitoring, workflow management, employee coordination, and shift handoffs
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized outbound work area
• perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
