The Lifeguard role is onsite at the YMCA of Greater Richmond’s Chickahominy, Shady Grove, Patrick Henry, or Powhatan locations in the Richmond, Virginia area. Pay is $42,000–$44,000 per year. What you'll do

• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and order in lap pools, family pools, and surrounding areas

Why this role

The YMCA will train interested candidates who meet basic swim requirements if they are not already certified. Current CPR-Pro, AED, First Aid, and YMCA/Red Cross/Ellis lifeguard certifications are required; O2 certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
