What you'll do

• Lead the design and deployment of AI agents and automated workflows for fraud investigations
• map investigative processes and identify automation opportunities
• establish quality checks and human-in-the-loop controls
• analyze suspicious merchants and customers and surface emerging patterns
• build case-prioritization methods, dashboards, and automated reporting
• define operational KPIs
• and partner with Fraud Strategy & Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
