The Restoration Operations Manager / Project Manager — Licensed MRC role is onsite in Conroe, TX, with field operations across the company’s service area. Pay is $70,000–$90,000 per year plus a performance bonus, based on experience. Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Houston–North provides water damage restoration, mold remediation, odor mitigation, and cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. The manager leads field crews and projects from scope through completion, ensuring mold remediation follows applicable protocols and Texas requirements. Scheduling, documentation, customer communication, and quality control support safe, compliant, and reliable service delivery.

What you'll do

• Serve as licensed MRC on mold remediation projects and ensure compliance with Texas Administrative Code and TDLR requirements
• prepare work analyses and remediation plans
• schedule, supervise, and direct crews
• ensure containment, negative air, PPE, and worker protection
• coordinate post-remediation assessment and certification
• communicate with customers, adjusters, assessors, and property managers
• review job documentation
• inspect completed work
• train technicians
• manage equipment, vehicles, and inventory
• assist with estimating, scoping, and job costing
• respond to after-hours emergencies and occasional night or weekend work.
