What you'll do

• Provide customer service to government personnel, visitors, and the public while following site security procedures and access protocols
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of traffic management facilities, grounds, parking, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points, vehicle and pedestrian activity, and restricted areas
• respond to incidents, traffic disruptions, alarms, and critical situations
• notify appropriate personnel and prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions.
