Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time Nights in Mercer, ND. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of experience providing housing and services to seniors. This role is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with the resident, family, and inter-disciplinary team. The RN coordinates care, performs resident assessments, and provides education.

What you'll do

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Responsible for coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education, and nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.

Experience

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
