What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, customers, and visitors
• follow security procedures, site policies, and emergency response protocols
• respond to incidents and alarms
• conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access and visitor activity
• verify credentials as required
• report concerns
• prepare accurate incident and activity reports.
