What you'll do

• Collect and sort soiled linens and clothing
• operate laundry equipment safely
• use laundry chemicals according to instructions and facility policies
• inspect and pre-treat items
• wash, dry, fold, hang, and organize laundry
• return resident belongings
• maintain clean-linen supplies
• label resident clothing
• keep laundry areas sanitary
• handle contaminated laundry using required procedures and PPE
• perform assigned housekeeping tasks, including cleaning rooms and floors, managing trash, replacing linens, and reporting repair needs.
