What you'll do

• Review menus
• prepare regular and therapeutic meals, employee meals, and special-event food
• prepare alternatives for residents’ needs and preferences
• follow food-handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
• make and record authorized menu changes
• serve food at the proper temperature and presentation
• maintain menus and use standardized recipes.

Why this role

Requires at least six months of large-quantity food preparation experience; tenth grade or above is the minimum education level. ServSafe or other required food-safety certification is preferred.
