What you'll do

• Maintain client staffing requirements and schedule caregivers for open cases, call-outs, and vacation coverage
• create, update, and distribute monthly client schedules
• document coverage in the HR and scheduling system
• communicate with clients, caregivers, and office staff
• handle incoming and outgoing calls to fill open shifts
• provide on-call coverage and arrange caregivers for call-outs
• assist clients with issues during on-call duty and report critical issues to agency management
• maintain caregiver personnel records and provide administrative and recruiting support.
