What you'll do

• Monitor listing showings, inquiries, and applications
• verify listing accuracy across marketing platforms
• adjust showing strategies and marketing details
• conduct periodic checks of vacant properties
• manage tenant inquiries and screening progress
• present qualified applicants to owners
• coordinate lease terms and execution
• provide weekly owner updates
• coordinate listing activation, inspections, and move-in requirements
• maintain records and comply with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
