Uses independent judgment in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating activities of professional and supportive nursing staff. Evaluates care provided to each resident and keeps care plans current. Leads the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process. Assists in assessment and evaluation of potential admissions.
