The Dish Porter role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with pay of $16.00–$17.00 per hour. The position supports the cafe, deli, hot line, and prep-production areas by maintaining clean dishware, equipment, and back-of-house spaces. The role keeps kitchen operations supplied with sanitized items and supports cleanliness, waste handling, and basic food preparation. By flexing across stations as dish volume and daily demand allow, the Dish Porter helps the kitchen and production team maintain service readiness.

What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, small wares, and production equipment by hand and with commercial dish machines
• stock clean items at cafe, deli, hot-line, and prep stations
• operate and clean dish machines and report malfunctions
• remove waste and recycling
• sweep, mop, and sanitize back-of-house areas
• assist with basic produce preparation, portioning, packaging, labeling, stocking, and deliveries as needed
• follow health, food-safety, and cleaning-chemical handling guidelines.
