What you'll do

• Assist with bids, quantity takeoffs, constructability reviews, site logistics, and phasing plans
• support project schedule development and updates
• coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedule input
• track progress
• support change orders and cost projections
• maintain submittal, RFI, and drawing-revision logs
• coordinate shop drawings and submittals
• document meetings and project records
• conduct preparatory meetings and inspections
• track punch lists
• facilitate testing and inspections
• support safety inspections and documentation.
