What you'll do

• Direct daily facilities, engineering, and maintenance operations across multiple resort locations
• establish preventive maintenance programs
• lead and develop facilities teams
• oversee renovations and capital projects
• develop operating and capital budgets
• manage vendors and contracts
• oversee safety, life-safety systems, inspections, and regulatory compliance
• monitor utilities and facility-related guest issues.
