What you'll do

• Help lead the Client Experience team and ensure daily tasks are completed
• resolve complex issues and escalations
• assist clients by phone, chat, secure message, and website leads
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions
• open and maintain accounts
• support online account opening, debit cards, treasury management, fraud concerns, and digital products
• coordinate system issues and testing with vendors and departments
• train team members
• support performance goals, compliance, community events, and business development.
