The IT Project Manager, Voice Projects role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with compensation of $52.10–$60.10 per hour. It is a 12+ month contract opportunity supporting the Service Transition Contact Center Voice division at a global financial institution. The project manager coordinates end-to-end delivery of VoIP and voice initiatives, managing tasks, execution, and deliverables. The role supports service transition work and helps ensure change requests and related procedures are handled through the project lifecycle.
