What you'll do

• Assist members in person, by phone, email, and chat with starting, stopping, and transferring utility services
• explain utility services, rates, programs, and policies
• establish deposits and maintain accurate accounts
• process payments and reconcile the cash drawer
• research billing inquiries
• process outage and trouble calls
• refer nonroutine inquiries to the appropriate department.
