Marketing Services Manager

The Marketing Services Manager is a full-time remote role. Base salary is $60,000–$80,000 annually, with eligible benefits and a quarterly bonus opportunity. Equivity provides virtual paralegal, administrative, reception, staffing, and marketing services to attorneys and businesses nationwide. Reporting directly to the CEO, the manager will restructure the marketing department and lead a team delivering client marketing services. The role works across departments to grow the marketing services business, improve operational efficiency, and support profitability and client results.

What you'll do

• Revamp and restructure the marketing department and team
• develop and lead marketing specialists providing client services
• deliver marketing services that complement Equivity’s paralegal, lead intake, billing, and answering services
• collaborate with Finance, Operations, internal Marketing, and other departments to grow the business, improve efficiency, and drive profitability.

Why this role
