Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Remote, Virginia role is fully remote anywhere in Virginia. Pay is $70.00–$90.00 per hour, and the posting describes part-time work. What you'll do

  • Observe and assess client behavior
  • meet with families, teachers, or doctors about treatment and progress
  • develop individualized behavior plans
  • create simulated conditions for observation
  • formulate and administer treatment plans sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
  • tailor interventions
  • recommend additional professional treatment when needed
  • stay current with evidence-based practices.
