The Journeyman Millwright role is onsite in Fort Wayne, IN. Compensation is $160 per day in per diem. Industrial Trade Services is seeking experienced millwrights to support industrial machinery work. The role installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots industrial machinery and equipment, helping keep equipment aligned, functional, and safe. Work includes machinery assembly and alignment, rigging, component installation, repairs, and use of precision tools.

What you'll do

• Install, assemble, align, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
• read blueprints, drawings, and equipment layouts
• perform rigging, setting, leveling, and alignment
• install conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and other mechanical components
• troubleshoot equipment
• perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements
• use precision measuring and alignment tools
• perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and basic fabrication as needed
• follow OSHA and company safety requirements
• maintain a clean work area.
