• Ensure employees and contractors follow MSHA and site safety requirements
• monitor daily tailings deposition and water-system activities
• support pump-house operations
• coordinate deposition plans with engineering and other stakeholders
• manage project readiness and field execution
• investigate and report incidents
• supervise and develop personnel
• oversee contractors
• and promote continuous improvement.

Why this role

The mine offers 7-on/7-off schedules, including a rotation of one week of 12-hour day shifts followed by one week off and one week of 12-hour night shifts, or an all-day-shift 7-on/7-off schedule. The role is primarily field-based, approximately 70% field work and 30% office work.
