CNC Machinist

The CNC Machinist role is onsite in Wickliffe, OH. Starting compensation is $22 per hour. Truline Industries manufactures specialized precision aerospace parts for civilian and military aircraft applications. The machinist operates CNC equipment to produce parts that meet production quotas and precision standards. The role loads materials, monitors machines, makes basic adjustments, inspects finished parts, and records production and quality information while following aerospace quality and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and related production equipment
• load raw materials and monitor production runs
• read blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
• perform basic setups, tool changes, and offsets
• inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• maintain production and quality records
• communicate production issues
• keep the work area organized and follow aerospace quality and safety procedures.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with currently mandatory eight hours of Friday overtime for 48 hours weekly. Time-and-a-half applies after 40 hours up to 48 hours, and double pay applies above 48 hours. U.S. citizenship or U.S. Person status is required for ITAR/EAR eligibility.
