Test Technician

Job overview

The Test Technician role is an onsite position based in Tempe, AZ. Compensation is not specified for this role, which supports the Module Product Engineering and Test Engineering teams in the development of advanced power modules. This role is responsible for the hands-on execution of engineering tasks, including building test fixtures, performing PCB rework, debugging test setups, and coordinating sample logistics. The technician works directly with engineers to ensure hardware readiness and support new product introduction activities.

What you'll do

• Collect characterization, debug, and validation data

• perform PCB rework and SMT repair
• maintain tester calibration

• support electrical debug activities
• maintain 5S workspace standards.
