Customer Service and Data Entry Coordinator

Job overview

The Customer Service and Data Entry Coordinator role is onsite in North Hollywood, CA, with a full-time schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for 40 hours per week. Compensation is $18.47 per hour. The role supports Pacific Magnetic’s office team at its aerospace nondestructive testing and metal-finishing business. During an initial cross-training period of about six months, the coordinator handles data entry, quoting, and customer order coordination before moving into a full-time placement in the role that best fits the employee and business needs. The work supports accurate orders, customer satisfaction, and delivery deadlines.

What you'll do

• Enter data and prepare work instructions from specifications
• scan documents, process invoices, and enter customer quotes
• review purchase orders for completeness
• coordinate and prioritize job orders
• support shipping, receiving, and order processing
• communicate with customers about purchase order or delivery issues
• provide general clerical support.
