This role exists to ensure the reliability and efficiency of facility equipment and systems. The technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC systems to minimize downtime and support building operations.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on lift trucks and industrial 3-phase electrical systems.
- Manage spare parts procurement and mentor junior technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards.
