IVF Laboratory Manager

The IVF Laboratory Manager role is an onsite, full-time position in Albany, NY, paying $180,000–$200,000 annually. Typical hours are approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with flexibility based on patient needs; weekend coverage is required during active treatment or batch periods. Everleap Fertility brings together fertility practices and reproductive medicine expertise to support patients building families. The manager leads daily clinical embryology operations, performs and oversees advanced IVF procedures, and maintains quality and regulatory standards. Staff development, laboratory workflow, and coordination with clinical leadership support safe, efficient laboratory services and patient care.

What you'll do

• Lead daily embryology laboratory operations, workflow, and staffing
• perform and oversee advanced IVF procedures across embryology, andrology, and endocrinology laboratory functions
• maintain QA/QC, SOPs, and compliance with CAP, CLIA, FDA, and applicable New York State requirements
• mentor staff and oversee training, competencies, and performance
• manage documentation, equipment, supplies, and inventory
• partner with laboratory and clinical leadership
• respond to urgent laboratory issues during off-hours as needed.

Why this role
