The manager oversees patient services and call center operations so patients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality service. The role develops staff, supports patient flow, monitors performance and compliance, and coordinates clinic and call center coverage with clinical and administrative colleagues.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise call center and patient services staff
• train and coach employees
• oversee intake, outtake, and financial screening and eligibility
• monitor incoming calls and service performance
• manage staff schedules
• conduct audits and performance evaluations
• support clinic flow and patient flow committee work
• review patient services representative grievances
• and maintain compliance and reporting.
