What you'll do

• Ensure timely receipt and filing of import documents and ISF filings
• review and file 7501 forms
• communicate with suppliers and request pending documents
• audit import documents and resolve discrepancies
• track shipment status and update internal systems
• coordinate with customs brokers, suppliers, and shipping lines
• maintain supplier performance metrics and report trade policy updates
• support C-TPAT reviews, audits, and training
• classify HTS codes and FDA product codes
• monitor FDA holds and manage refused-product documentation and export arrangements.
