What you'll do

• Review title and security deeds to determine the chain of mortgage assignments
• draft and provide assignments to clients within timelines
• maintain client systems with current assignment information
• coordinate with internal and client teams to resolve issues
• update foreclosure status in the case management system
• complete client-system steps
• upload documents for execution
• draft summons
• assist with special projects.

Why this role
