What you'll do

• Verify patient demographics and emergency-contact information
• provide questionnaires and monitor lobby wait times
• obtain or verify insurance information and follow scheduling and payment policies
• coordinate referrals with department staff
• schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments
• review exam screening forms
• prepare patients for examinations
• administer and time oral contrast per protocol.

Why this role
