In-Home Caregiver

The In-Home Caregiver role is onsite in La Plata, Maryland, with opportunities also described in Waldorf and surrounding Charles County communities. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. Right at Home Anne Arundel provides one-on-one support to clients at home. The caregiver helps clients live safely and comfortably at home by assisting with daily activities, mobility, meals, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with mobility devices and transfers
• support daily living activities, range-of-motion exercises, physical care needs, meal preparation and special diets
• accompany clients on errands or appointments
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and emotional support
• perform housekeeping. Must be able to lift or move 50 pounds without assistance.
